Introducing Acro Dance with Alicia Kee

Acro dance is a style of dance that combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements. It is defined by its athletic character, its unique choreography, which seamlessly blends dance and acrobatics, and its use of acrobatics in a dance context.  Come join us Mondays at 5pm to learn this amazing skill set.

Announcing the “Boys Class” with Adam Kastl

This class focuses on Strength Training, Body Conditioning, Improving Flexibility & Coordination, and learning various dance styles of a more athletic nature.  Elements of Tap and Theatrical Jazz and partnering skills are the main focus of this class.  So if you know any boys ages 11-18  looking to improve their dance, conditioning, and overall strength this class is for them.

Adult Dance Is Here!

Due to the numerous requests from parents we have decided to open an Adult Dance Class.  Our Initial Session will run for 6 weeks from April 18th through May 23rd Mondays from 6:00 to 7:00pm and will be taught by the very talented Shevaun Cavanaugh Kastl.

The class will begin with a “Warm-Up” that works on strength, flexibility, and technique.  We will move on to dance progressions across the floor, (the building blocks of future combinations.) Finally, we will work on combinations in the center.

You will need to wear clothes you can dance in… i.e. Yoga Pants, Leggings, lightweight top and dances shoes.

The session is $90.00 for the 6 weeks and will be tons of fun.  If you are interested let us know by April 11th.  Have a great day.
